Chest pain can arise from a range of causes. While many are non-cardiac, careful assessment is

Solution / Treatment
Dr Pareek will perform a detailed clinical evaluation and may recommend an Electrocardiogram (ECG),
CT coronary angiography, functional or stress testing, and coronary angiography in selected cases.
Treatment is tailored to the underlying diagnosis and may include reassurance when symptoms are non-
cardiac, medical therapy for angina, lifestyle and risk factor optimisation, or coronary angioplasty and
stenting where indicated. A structured diagnostic approach is used to ensure accurate diagnosis and
optimal treatment for every patient.
